BY COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE YOU AGREE TO THE CONDTIONS SET BELOW

UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE HAVING TO IMPLEMENT NEW POSTAL / SHIPPING CONDITIONS DUE TO THE INCREASING NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS WHO APPARENTLY DID NOT RECEIVE THEIR PARCEL.

ALL ORDERS ARE NOW SENT BY FASTWAY OR GLS COURIERS - ( TRACKED & TRACED ) € 6

OR

AN POST - ( TRACKED & TRACED ) €10

WE ONLY SHIP PARCELS / PACKAGES WITHIN THE TERRITORY OF IRELAND ( R.O.I .)

ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER 1PM ON A FRIDAY WILL SHIP THE FOLLOWING MONDAY

Delivery Times

Orders before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. The package will usually arrive within the next 2 working days.

In general please allow 3 working days to receive your package

If for any reason you have a delay in your order past the time frames laid out above please contact us and we will look into it immediately.

In general, over 98% of our parcels arrive to our customers on time.

Delivery Tracking

Crazy Vape will send parcels out Tracked on ALL orders

Every customer will be sent a tracking number when their parcel is packed ready to be shipped.

Please remember, orders placed after 1pm will be sent the following day.
Working days are Monday to Friday.
Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays are NOT working days.
Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will ship the following Monday

Insurance

Insurance is included with every single order up to the value of €100 if shipped using Fastway and up to €300 using An Post

Crazy vape will only refund at any one time the maximum that the carrier has insured the package for.

Crazy Vape will NOT make up the difference in loss or be liable for missing items under any circumstances as when the package is sent delivery is completely out of our control and in the hands of the couriers.
